RETURN POLICY

 

Internet and phone purchases only

 

Should your love affair with our garment not workout upon receiving the product through internet orders, please browse below for our condition of goods return:

 

  1. Claims must be made within FIVE days after receiving the goods. Please email us at sales@bariano.com.au or call us on (03) 94164280
  2. Do not return the goods unless your claim is accepted. We will not resend your good if your claim is rejected according to our Return Policy.
  3. Returned goods must be sent by registered post with insurance. Bariano will not be liable for losses during postage.
  4. Goods must not be worn. Bariano will not accept returns where there is signs to suggest that the good has been worn, or if the sales tags are cut.
  5. The return item must be received within FOURTEEN days (inclusive of weekends).
  6. You can only exchange for a different size or for a credit note if the goods do not fit you or has manufacturer faulty. We do not exchange due to change of mind. Credits notes are valid at any retail outlet or web-buy within 6 months.

 

Retail outlet purchases

 

  1. Claims must be made within FIVE working days after receiving the goods. Either by phone to (03) 98263665 or in person at the retail outlet.
  2. Do not return the goods unless your claim is accepted. We will not resend your good if your claim is rejected according to our Return Policy.
  3. Goods must not be worn. Bariano will not accept returns where there is signs to suggest that the good has been worn, or if the sales tags are cut.
  4. The item needs to be returned within FOURTEEN days (inclusive of weekends).
  5. Goods must be returned in person to the retail outlet or by registered post with insurance. Bariano will not be liable for losses during postage.
  6. Bariano will only exchange or issue credit notes on legitimate claims. Credits notes are valid at any retail outlet or web-buy within 6 months.
  7. Claims can only be made due to manufacturer faulty. Bariano will not refund due to change of mind. Sales and reduced items may have a faulty nature and must be chosen carefully. We will not offer refund on sales and reduced items.

 

Wholesales and trade purchases

 

  1. Claims must be made within FIVE working days after receiving the goods. Either by calling (03) 94164280 or by fax to (03) 94164279. All claims after five working days will be rejected.
  2. Do not return the goods unless your claim is accepted. We will not resend your good if your claim is rejected according to our Return Policy.
  3. All return goods must be received within FOURTEEN days (inclusive of weekends)
  4. All return goods must be of brand new and unworn condition. All tags must remain uncut.
  5. Returned good must be delivered to our head office either in person or via registered post with insurance. Bariano will not be responsible for loss of goods during postage.
  6. Bariano will only accept the return of goods due to dispatching errors or goods in faulty condition. Faulty condition is defined as a condition of improper workmanship, fabric faulty, dirty markings, or discrepancy with the agreed sample. Please examine the sample carefully as we will not accept returns due to change of mind or poor retail performance.
  7. Legitimate returned-goods can be exchanged or credited to your account. If you do not have an account with us, a credit note will be issued. This is valid for 6 months.
