Shipping Policy

Delivery/Shipping

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Any order received after 12 noon will be processed the next day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.

All postage deliveries must be delivered to a work address where there is someone that can sign for the package.

Please note that we do not deliver to a PO Box.

Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. Our website has live access to our stock data base. However, because the data base covers many stores the stock level may not be 100% accurate. Should your order stock availability changes or does not pass our pre shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase. For tracking online, please logon to www.tnt.com. Alternatively you can call TNT on 131 150

Where do we ship to?

We are currently only shipping in Australia and New Zealand.

Free Deliveries

All Bariano VIP customers will receive free delivery. This function is automatic on our website if you have logged in before making the purchase. To join our VIP membership for free, please go to the VIP page and submit your details. You will receive immediate login access. Note that the VIP program is only available for Australian customers, hence only waves delivery fee to Australian addresses.

All purchases over $150 will also receive free delivery * This offer does not apply to New Zealand customers.

Deliveries within Australia and New Zealand

Australia:
Standard postage and handling fee is $15.
Estimate Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
New Zealand:
Standard postage and handling fee is $35.
Estimate delivery time is 7-10 working days.

TNT will deliver to your nominated work address between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via TNT.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@bariano.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Please refer to our website for return policy if you wish to make a return.

Signature required

TNT requires a signature upon delivery hence the importance of supplying a work address to ensure there is someone available to accept and sign for the package. Due Bariano using TNT as our delivery service they are unable to drop it off at your local post office if nobody is available for a signature so please use your work address to ensure that you do not miss your parcel.

What if I am not available to sign for the Parcel

Someone from your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf however if there is nobody is here for a signature a card will be left to inform you that the package has been returned to the depot.
